We’re looking for an experienced Facility Manager to take the lead at one of our large aged care homes in North Queensland. This is a full time permanent leadership role that requires solid experience managing large scale aged care homes. You'll oversee all aspects of clinical care, operations, quality, staffing, and compliance - supported by an experienced executive team and department heads. The CEO values a leadership style that is present, fair, and accountable - someone who is visible in the home, actively supports their staff, and maintains high standards through professional and consistent management.
